Surf and Turf Crowd Pleaser

Directions

1. Soak bamboo skewers in water for 20 minutes.

2. Prepare charcoal or preheat your grill to a medium-high heat.

3. Slice sirloin steaks into 1 inch cubes.

4. Apply a light coat of oil to shrimp and steak. Then season the shrimp with Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning and the steak with Prime Time Buttery Beef Rub by PS Seasoning and Sure Shot Sid’s Original Gunpowder Seasoning.

5. Add shrimp and steak to skewers. We suggest alternating between the two, however you can do the shrimp and steak on separate skewers if you’d like.

6. On your grill at medium-high (around 350-375 °F), begin grilling the shrimp and steak skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side.

7. Remove the shrimp and steak skewers from the grill and serve on a platter with Horseradish Sauce by Terrapin Ridge Farms, lemon wedges, and parsley for garnish. Enjoy!
