Ingredients: Rainier Food’s Garlic &amp; Herb; Meat Mitch Naked BBQ Sauce; 6 - 8 Salmon Filets or 1 Whole Piece (Skinless, Bones Removed); 1 Lemon, Sliced; Juice from 1 Lemon; ½ Cup Green Onion, Oregano, &amp; Dill, Chopped; Oil of Choice; 2 Cups Greek Yogurt; ½ Cup Cucumber, Minced &amp; Strained; Juice from 1 Lemon; Juice from 1 Lime; ⅓ Cup Minced Oregano, Green Onion, Dill; 1 Tbsp Rainer Foods Garlic &amp; Herb; Combine ingredients &amp; stir. Store in the refrigerator until serving.

Ingredients

Rainier Food’s Garlic & Herb
Meat Mitch Naked BBQ Sauce
6 - 8 Salmon Filets or 1 Whole Piece (Skinless, Bones Removed)
1 Lemon, Sliced
Juice from 1 Lemon
½ Cup Green Onion, Oregano, & Dill, Chopped
Oil of Choice

Tzatziki Sauce

2 Cups Greek Yogurt
½ Cup Cucumber, Minced & Strained
Juice from 1 Lemon
Juice from 1 Lime
⅓ Cup Minced Oregano, Green Onion, Dill
1 Tbsp Rainer Foods Garlic & Herb
Combine ingredients & stir. Store in the refrigerator until serving.

Directions

Marinate Salmon in Meat Mitch Naked Sauce, juice from 1 lemon, & ¼ cup minced herbs for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Preheat Grill to 325°F.
Season salmon with Rainier Garlic & Herb.
Place salmon on the oiled griddle or flat top grill.
Grill for 12 minutes on one side, flip and add lemon slices, garlic, and remaining minced herbs.
Grill for another 12 minutes or until internal temp reaches 145°F.
Garnish with Tzatziki Sauce, lemon slices and fresh herbs.
