Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Oh My Garlic! Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces
  • 1 Tbsp The Backyard - Better Burger Seasoning by PS Seasoning
  • 2 lb Ground Beef (this will make 8-10 patties)
  • 2 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 1 cup Onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup Green Pepper (finely chopped)
  • 20 slices of Cooked Bacon 
  • Cheese of choice
  • 1/2 cup chopped Portobello Mushrooms
  • 8-10 Buns

Directions

  1. Mix the ground beef with Oh My Garlic! Sauce by Torchbearer Sauces, hot sauce, The Backyard - Better Burger Seasoning by PS Seasoning, chopped onion and green peppers in a bowl.  Don’t be afraid to get your hands messy!
  2. Form into 8-10 patties. Put the patties on the grill.
  3. As the burgers near desired doneness, add cheese and 2 fully cooked bacon slices to each patty.
  4. Serve on toasted bun or brioche of choice.
